Dan has more than 20 years of experience working with closely held companies and their families and has specialized knowledge in the advanced manufacturing and distribution industries. Dan knows today’s economy is a challenging environment for business owners. He helps support clients by evaluating the risks of various tax positions and options so they can make informed decisions. When providing transactional consulting services, he thinks long-term, identifies future possibilities, and outlines how to achieve the desired end result.
Dan currently serves as an adjunct professor of taxation at Grand Valley State University. Dan attended Michigan State University and earned both his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts degrees in professional accounting.
