Marc Gilbert

Marc has over 35 years of experience in public accounting, focusing on valuation and litigation support consulting. His areas of specialty include the valuation of closely held corporations for purposes of identifying targets, aiding negotiations and the pricing and structuring of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. In addition, Marc has extensive consulting expertise in corporate reorganizations and bankruptcy proceedings.

Marc is an advocate for clients who find themselves in uncertain business situations. He will work hard to find solutions for clients who may think their business are beyond restoration. Through strategy, determination and creativity, Marc enjoys helping his clients overcome any challenges and achieve their goals.

Marc has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance and Accounting from Michigan State University and an MBA in Taxation from the University of Michigan. His professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA), the Institute of Business Appraisers and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
