Ann Plummer

Ann is Chair of Beene Garter's Construction Industry Team. She has over 20 years of experience and spends 100% of her time assisting clients in various construction trades, including general contracting, fire protection, electrical, security, ornamental iron, heavy highway, excavating, homebuilders, roofing, mechanical, structural steel, and general trades and interiors. Along with traditional accounting services, Ann provides her construction clients with operational assessments, job-cost system design, prevailing wage consulting, cost certifications, tax credits and deductions, and construction accounting method consulting.

Ann's clients say that they trust her opinion and rely on her for crucial industry information; that she is dependable, knowledgeable and quick to respond to their needs. Ann has a Bachelor of Science degree from Davenport University. 

Ann is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA). She is also a member of the American Subcontractors Association of Michigan (ASAM), Associated Builders and Contractors of Western Michigan (ABC), the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) West Michigan Chapter, Builders Exchange, the Surety Association of West Michigan and Michigan Infrastructure Transportation Association (MITA).
